By signing below, each of the above listed business owner/officers ("You") authorize We Finance America Inc. (“WFA”), and any of their lending partners, representatives, assigns and designees (“Recipients”) the authorization to obtain consumer, credit, financial, business, or investigative reports about you, as it relates to this application for credit, including banks, creditors or any third parties. You also are designating WFA as your broker of record, and authorize WFA to contact their lending partners on your behalf and to transmit this application form, along with any of the foregoing information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all the recipients thereof, for the purpose of obtaining an offer of funding for you.
